I'm passionate about helping people understand their minds, regulate their nervous system, and create lasting change.

My Story

I believe healing and growth happen best in spaces that feel safe, kind, and human.

I bring over 27 years of experience in healthcare, having worked across many aspects of the field and alongside people at some of their most vulnerable moments. Over the years, I saw a pattern again and again: people weren’t broken — they were overwhelmed, unsupported, and carrying more than anyone ever acknowledged.

My work today is grounded in both professional training and lived understanding. I am certified in Life Coaching, Neurodiversity Coaching, Neuroscience, ADHD Coaching, and Positive Psychology, and I integrate these perspectives in a way that honors the whole person — mind, body, nervous system, and story.

But I didn’t arrive here only through education.

I arrived here through lived experience.

Like many people I work with, I had to do my own inner work. I’ve navigated childhood trauma, abandonment, and profound loss — and I know what it feels like to carry grief while still showing up for life. Through that journey, I learned that resilience isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about learning how to support yourself with compassion, understanding, and patience.
